Quick and easy way to pay.

You can now conveniently add your Akron Fire Police Credit Union Debit or Credit card to Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. It is a quick and easy way to make purchases at stores or online. Additionally, your Akron Fire Police Credit Union Checking Account can be used in conjunction with Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Services like Venmo and Google Pay!

Venmo

Follow the instructions below to sign up for Venmo:

Download one of our mobile apps: iOS & Android (Venmo does not have a Windows app).
Open the Venmo app.
Choose your sign up method and create a secure password (between 8 and 32 characters long).
Verify your phone number and email address.
Add and verify your bank account.

You can also sign up for Venmo from your computer.

Google

For Google Pay, once you open your app, click on “Payment” at the bottom of the screen, then click on “+ Payment.”
You will then be asked to select “Credit” or “Debit.” You will then have the option to take a photo of the card or enter the number manually in the app.
Once the verification process is complete, you will see your card added in the Google Pay app.
Please note that the options for verification include the contact information we currently have on file for your account. If you have not updated these details, you will need to contact PSCU by calling 855-553-4291.

Apple Pay

For Apple Pay, once you open your app, your Wallet will display all of the cards that you have registered. To add a new card, click the “+” sign in the right corner, and then click “Continue.”
Position your Credit or Debit card in the camera frame to automatically enter your card information. Alternatively, you can manually enter the card details by typing in the number.
Once you complete the verification process, you will see the new card in your Apple Pay app.

Samsung Pay

For Samsung Pay, once you open your app, click on the “+” sign in the right corner, and then click “Add a Payment Card.”
Once you add your card details, the app will provide you with “Terms and Conditions” to accept.
The app will then ask you to verify your card. If the information is entered correctly, you will be given the option to receive a validation code by text or email; once you receive the code, you will enter the number in the app, which will confirm your new card. Alternatively, you can verify your new card by telephone by calling PSCU at 855-553-4291.
Once you complete the verification process, you will see the new card in your Samsung Pay app.
